Lo scorso dicembre ho preso il maschio (...da Molly...eh eh!!
), l'ho messo nel terrario con la femmina, senza nessun periodo di bruma e esattamente 20 giorni dopo, mi son trovato due belle uova nella sabbia... quando si dice fare centro subito la prima notte di nozze...
la cosa mi colse totalmente impreparato e l'allestimento dell'incubatrice fu un vero e proprio disastro... e così la prima coppia di uova fece presto una brutta fine... la seconda deposizione è avvenuta esattamente quando io ero assente per un paio di giorni da casa mia... così anche in quel caso me le ero giocate... la terza ed ultima però l'ho presa in tempo ma, ahimè, una pessima incubatrice le fece marcire nel giro di una decina di giorni. Quest'anno però voglio arrivare preparato "all'evento" e riuscire a far nascere i miei primi gechi...
Quindi se qualcuno sa già darmi qualche dritta su periodo di bruma, temperature e sopratutto le indicazioni per costruire un'incubatrice ad hoc, sono sicuramente ben accette!!!

Last december i bought the male (from Molly..eh eh!! ), i put him in the terrarium with the female, without any winter period and, exactly 20 days after that, i found two eggs laid in the sand... when we say to make a strike the first wedding night...
the situation caught me extremely unprepared and the set up of the incubator was a real disaster...and so the first pair of eggs made a bad end...the second laid was exactly when i was away from home for a couple of days...so even in that case i waste the eggs... i caught in time the third and last laid, but a bad incubator rotted them in about ten days.
This year i would like to arrive well prepared at "the event" and to will be able to hatch my first baby geckos...
So, if someone wants to tell me something about the winter period, about its temperature and furthermore the indication to set up a good incubator, i will be very glad of it!!!
